REVOCATION & RETURNS

1. COMPLAINT
First things first: Of course, we will immediately replace defective or even (for example, during shipping) damaged goods. If this very rare case should occur, please simply send us a photo of the goods via email. Please do not forget your order number. We will take care of it within a few hours. 2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, IMPORTANT:
According to legal regulations, consumers who conclude a transaction in online commerce have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, there are exceptions for goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer's individual selection is essential for their production.

Because our products are not sold from stock, but each product is individually printed or embroidered with your desired design upon ordering (so-called "print-on-demand") and individually manufactured, all textiles from the Harlekinshop are "clothing items embellished at the consumer's choice".

Therefore, a withdrawal or exchange of products in our shop is not possible per se.

However, we are naturally concerned about the satisfaction of our customers, so we are happy to consider individual return requests. ATTENTION: Every withdrawal and every desired return must be reported to us beforehand via email. For logistical reasons, we refuse to accept unannounced and promised returns. Of course, we will immediately replace defective or damaged products. If this rare case occurs, it is sufficient to send us a meaningful photo.

3. EXCHANGE
The classic "exchange" is unfortunately not possible for technical reasons, as our items are sustainably and ecologically produced "on demand" (i.e., only after ordering). Therefore, please always use the size charts.

4. DEFECTS
To exercise your right of withdrawal for defective goods, you must inform us via email beforehand with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract, or send us a photo of the defect. Legally, returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Of course, we will immediately replace defective goods!

5. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL DUE TO DEFECTS
If you withdraw from this contract for reasons of product defects, we will credit the payment for the goods to you within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the returned goods.

6. RIGHT OF RETENTION
We can refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

7. COMPENSATION FOR VALUE IN CASE OF CONTRACTS FOR THE DELIVERY OF GOODS
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
