Important: You will automatically find a DHL or DPD tracking number in your order after production and shipping. This should also be sent to you via e-mail after it has been sent.

So everything is easily traceable!

As stated in the shop under EVERY item, the production and delivery time is currently approx. 6 WORKING DAYS . The sustainable principle of SOIL & GREEN is the immediate production after your order. So we don't just grab the shelves with Asian bulk goods from containers, but embroider and finish our organic textiles in real time in Germany , after your order. After that, your new favorite item will be on its way to you at lightning speed (in plastic-free packaging!) . We are good at it and very experienced at it - and that means that you will normally receive your order within a few days.

Please understand that it can sometimes take a week for your order to reach you. Sometimes a parcel service needs a day longer. So stay as relaxed as possible: also towards the deliverer, who certainly has the toughest job of all of us! ;-)

If, contrary to expectations, something really does go wrong: Write to us and we will take care of it immediately.
